Delivery Information

You've placed your order, so what happens next?

Our dedicated despatch team will contact you to arrange a delivery date to suit you.

For total peace of mind when you purchase a bed base from Komfi, our dedicated two man white glove delivery and installation service not only deliver the bed but will install it in the room of your choice and remove the packaging for recycling.

In addition to having a custom delivery service we will also provide you with additional tracking to keep you updated on your order re-assuring you that you have total peace of mind from Komfi.

Next day delivery available on Sleepsmart mattress range

Komfi are also able to offer you a Next Day Delivery service charged at £20 on our Sleepsmart roll-packed mattress range, however this excludes the Sleepluxe and Fusion range.

To qualify for the Next Day Delivery on our Sleepsmart range, your order needs to be placed before 12 noon and when you are adding your Sleepsmart mattress to your cart you have to select the Next Day Delivery option.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day, and orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

 

Delivery FAQ's

Can the courier call me prior to delivery?
Yes, our courier can call you on the day prior to delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a call prior to delivery on our next day delivery service.
Can the courier give me an estimated time of arrival?
Yes, our courier should be able to offer an estimated time of arrival, and should you have any specific requirements we will attempt to accomodate them.

Will the courier take my delivery to the room?
We will deliver your Komfi items to the room of your choice and remove all original packaging for recycling purposes. If your order includes a bed base, not only will we deliver it to the room of your choice, we will also install the bed base for you.

Unfortunately any items purchased with a next day delivery service will only be delivered to the front door.
What if I live in an apartment block?
No problem as our home delivey service provides delivery to the room of choice, therefore no matter how high up your apartment is providing there is suitable access we will deliver to the room of your choice.

Unfortunately any item purchased on our next day delivery service will only be delviered to the main door of your apartment block.
What if im not in when they try to deliver?
If for any reason you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver, they will attempt to leave your delivery with a neighbour (our installation service will not be able to build the bed unless you are in to accept delivery), if we cannot deliver to a neighbour a card with further details will be left.

For our delivery and installation service we will attempt another delivery within a further 10 to 14 working days which may be subject to a re-delivery charge.

For insurance reasons we are unable to leave goods which are unsigned for. Please contact the depot as soon as possible as your goods will be shipped back to Komfi if they don't hear from you.
Can the courier take away my old mattress or bed?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a service to remove your existing bed or mattress.
Can the courier take away the packaging?
On our standard delivery service we will remove all original packaging and take away for recycling purposes.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service on our next day delivery service.
What if the item is damaged on delivery?
We ask that when you receive your delivery we ask you to thoroughly check for any damage which may have been caused in transit.

If your parcel(s) has incurred damage, then please refuse delivery of the parcel(s) stating the reason for refusal. Reporting this type of damage after you have signed acceptance renders us unable to replace the damaged parcel(s) free of charge.
What if the item is the incorrect size or there are parcels missing?
Please ensure that you only sign for the actual number of items you receive. We are unable to replace goods free of charge, if you have signed for the incorrect number of parcels.

Also please check that you have the correct size mattress before you accept delivery, the dimensions are indicated on the package. If it is not the correct size mattress, then please refuse delivery and contact us.
